The WAAR Route will comprise:

Individuals - 10K Run, 42.5K Cycle, 2k Hike & 1K Kayak

Teams - 10K Run, 42.5K Cycle, 2k Hike & 1K Kayak

Sprint - 5K Run, 33K Cycle, & 1K Kayak

Duathlon - 10K Run, 42.5K Cycle

WAAR Beag - 3.7k Run, 22.5k Cycle
